Our management team has more than 200 years of combined experience and is always ready to help you with any problems or questions.
, our president, is the fourth generation of the Gagnon family to run the company. So much has changed since he joined his dad at the company in 1989, but Mark has maintained the family atmosphere and dedication to customers. These have been the hallmarks of our company for more than 100 years. Mark and his wife Sandy have three children.
He is involved in many community service projects, and encourages employees and customers to participate too. Mark’s community involvement includes sitting on various civic committees, and raising money for the annual Pan Mass Challenge, in which he has ridden. Mark is also past president of the South Berwick Rotary Club and was a volunteer firefighter for the South Berwick Fire Department for more than 30 years. Mark is also a former president of the Cocheco chapter of Ducks Unlimited, a wetlands conservation organization. He was also an original member of the board of directors for the Marshwood Education Foundation.
, our operations/delivery manager, has been with us since 1977 and has worked with three generations of the Gagnon family. He has worn many hats over the years—delivery driver, service technician, installation expert and salesperson. Besides keeping our customers safe, Mark watches out for the safety of others in the community. He is the assistant fire chief of the South Berwick Fire Department and conducts propane-incident response training with local fire departments. For more than 20 years, Mark took a week’s vacation from his job at P. Gagnon so he could conduct a fire prevention seminar at local schools. He is also the former chairman of the emergency response committee for the Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE).
, our installation manager and heating system sales representative, has installed, designed and sold hundreds of heating systems during his more than 35 years in the industry. He is responsible for managing our extensive inventory of parts and heating equipment. Before joining us, Dan was a longtime employee of Davis Oil Service, Inc., which we acquired in 2006. After work, Dan coaches Eliot youth basketball and enjoys outdoor sports.
, our service manager, has been in the industry since the mid-70s and has experience in propane and oil service and in installations. He is involved in the Hole in the Wall Gang, a summer program for children with cancer. Dave is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
, customer service and salesperson, came to us in 2006 from Davis Oil Service, Inc. You might say serving customers and the community is in his blood. He is the third generation of his family to work in the heating business. Kent is always happy to help customers. Throughout the year, he enjoys his active role on the leadership team of Advent Christian Camps in Alton Bay, New Hampshire and Washington, Maine.
, our office manager, came on board in 1989 and knows just about everything there is to know about customer service. She often works behind the scenes, taking care of all the details that make it possible for everyone else to do their jobs. Liz is an active grandmother who loves to run road races throughout the area.
, our oil and propane equipment sales manager, has logged many years in the industry as a driver, technician and regional manager. Not only is he a very serious sports fan, but he’s busy in another role—new grandfather.
