Welcome Back, Brian Cole!
Some of our longtime customers may remember Brian, who worked for us in the 1990s before striking out on his own as an independent service technician.
“I wanted to start my own business, but it’s really hard,” says Brian. “To really offer good service, you need to be on call 24 hours a day. It’s hard to do that on your own.”
Brian stayed in the business, working for other fuel companies, but he discovered he missed the environment of working for a family-owned company.
“The last company I worked for was taken over by a big corporation, and they just didn’t seem to care about the employees.”
Brian says it’s a totally different experience working for P. Gagnon & Son.
“I’m glad to be back. They not only treat their employees with respect but they value each and every customer. Customers aren’t just an account number; everyone is important here.”
